A progressive euchre party and dance 7*511 be held by Brightling’s' Social Club in the Hibernian Hall, 174, Barbadoes Street, on Saturday evening next. The St Albans branch of the Red Cross has a balance of about £6OO, and a meeting will be Held on Wednesday evening to consider means of disposing of it. One suggestion is that a piano should be purchased for the orthopaedic ward.
