Hanko, the Esthonian Minister in Finland, stated that th© Esthonians were tired of war, and anxious to kno-T the-Soviet Government’s peace terms; but there was no certainty that these would result in peace- The spirit of the Esthonians was good. They were ready for any sacrifice for the country's independence.
