FALL OF PSKOFF.
—t* RUSSIAN GENERALS DISAGREE. HELSINGFORS, September 1. The fall of Pskoff is attributed to internal animosity. General Judpitch interfered with the plans of General Balaovitch, commander of the Pskoff army. He arrested Balaovitch's staff and' attempted to arrest Balaovitch, who escaped. The fall of Pakoff places General Rodziauko’s army in a desperate plight.
