A NEW HEIGHT RECORD. NEW YORK, July 81, Rolando Rolhfs, the Curtis test pilot attained a height of 30,700 feet, which' it is believed, will be the official altil tude record. (The previous American record was that of Captain Schroeder, 28,900 feet made at Dayton, Ohio, on September 18 last.)
