The directors of the International Mercantile Marino Company have approved of the proposed sale of the company’s English tonnage to a British syndicate. Tho board decided to call a special stockholders’ meeting on June 16 to act on the offer. The sale will include eighty-five ships, including the Olympic, the Adriatic and the Baltic, and forty-four largo ships of the Lcyland line, freighters, and all other assets of six British subsidiary companies. The price approximates 130,000,000 dollars.
