TO-DAY’S POULTRY MARKET, Messrs J. B. Merrelt anil Co. report a large Hi try of poultry to-day. Prices wow excellent, and a great advance on previous sales. Table chickens realised 7s 6a to 18s 6d, hens 3s fid to Ss Id, pullets 5s to 16s fid, ducks 7s to 18s, pocse 7n to lls, turkeys 11s to 38s Gd, all at per pair. THE EGG MARKET. The egg supply is coming forward more freely, but, (hero is still a good demand. Canterbury Egg Circle first grades realised 3s, seconds Is 8d per dozen. 1 PROPERTY SALE. Messrs Jones, M'Crostie Company, Ltd., sold Ivy public auction to-day, on account oi Mr J. Neale, building site in Leinster Road, Merivalo, to Mr S. Patterson, for £300; on account oi the trustees iu the estate of tho late James Rowell, 4 Bootionn, each CLmtna'ning fun ere, ailuate Edward Street, and Cutler's Road, Riocarton, to Mr A E.'
