PROPERTY SALE. Messrs Harris Bros, sold by auction on Saturday a property at No, 443, Hereford Street, for £360. At P. S. Nicholls and Co.’a land rooms_ today two properties were offered at auction. The 140 acres situated at Kollos tom was purchased by the mortgagee. The property situated Colombo Road, Beckenham, was also purchased by the mortgagee. Messrs H. Matson and. Co. submitted by auction that parcel of land situated at Balmoral and owned by Messrs D. M'Kay, T. W. M'Kay and A. Eatnoham, comprising 67 3 acres odd. The property fetched £l2 U &f per sore, r.nd was bought by Mr James Wilson.
