MINING. TALISMAN G.M. CO, [Per Press Association.] AUCKLAND, March 7. At the annual meeting of the Talisman Geld Mining Company sixteen shareholders were present. Mr Blanchard, chairman of directors, in moving the adoption of the report, remarked upon the high grade of the ore crushed last year, which averaged £3 a ton. which was well in view of the increased cost of working and the increased taxation. The report and balance-sheet were adopted. Messrs Blanchard and Jackson were re-appointed dircotora. Messrs Holmes and Morris were re-olcctcd auditors. STOCK EXCHANGE.
