At the conclusion of the meeting of the Lvttelten Harbour Board, held at Lyttelton yesterday, members were taken out on the tug .Lyttelton tor a. trip round the harbour. _ A brisk south-west wind was blowing, which, unfortunately, made the outing somewhat unpleasant, the effects of the swell being felt by several on board.
