MANY STRIKES REPORTED. COPENHAGEN, March 1. A crisis is impending in Germany tnvmg to the poworlessnesa of Horr ochcidem,inn's Government to get the National Assembly to endorse the moderate workers’ demands. It is expected tliat the Government will resign in a low days. The hpartocists are gaining ground owing to the dissatisfaction with the jovommont. Spartacist agitators are ,tourneying in armoured cars and special trains throughout the country, instigating strikes. General Moeroker, commandant of the troops guarding the National Assembly, worked out a plan to crush the strikes in middle Germany. A mob of Spartacists at Seerfurt " attacked Moeroker. They thrashed him and tore off his badges and secured a portfolio containing his plans against the linkers. The Berlin newspapers are not publishing owing to the strikes. Other strikes are reported at Snlze, Leipzig and Spandau, and strike riots occurred in Dresden and Konigsborg.
