Tlic programme for the ‘South Cantoibury Jockey Chib# autumn meeting was approved. The Wairau Valley Hack Racing Club was granted permission to change the date of its race meeting to Easter Monday. Jockeys’ licenses were granted to F. H. Gray, F. E. Smith (conditional) and A- Tinker. George Glarke s jockey's license was cancelled. The following transfers were approved:—?. H, Lowry to A. B.
