INDEMNITIES.
* FRENCH RESOLUTION. GERMANY MUST PAY IN FULL. PARIS, March 2. The French National Congress, representing nearly 1,000,000 workers and employers, unanimously resolved that Germany must fully indemnify France, as tho Germans, if successful, would have compelled France to pay.
