SHORTAGE OF CREWS.
ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING BOOKINGS. [Per Prims Association,] WELLINGTON, December 17. Owing to tbo difficulty of obtaining crews, the Union Steam Ship Company announces that all' tickets issued anil bookings made arc subject to full crews being obtained to man the vessels. The uncertainty of obtaining hands is such that the company will only book passages on the day on which the vessel is set down to sail.
