A Dunedin telegram states that the Primate has received tho resignation of Dr Wood, Bishop of Melanesia. As the work appears to be beyond the strength of the Bishop the Primate has decided to accept tho resignation, Tho question of the appointmeat of a successor will come before the General Synod in May, and in the meantime the Rev R.
