Mr and Mrs J. Napier, of L(8, Ollivier’s Road, Linwood, have received advice that their oldest son, Corporal A. J. Napier, was admitted to hospital in Franco on November 7, suffering from gunshot wounds in the left arm. Corporal Napier left Now Zealand with the Eleventh Reinforcements, and was wounded two years ago in the battle of tho Somme.
