John Mahuta Parker, a youth seventeen years of age, pleaded guilty to’the t * le property ’of Geuwm M Cowan. On the application of Chier1/etoctive M Ilveney sentence was deterred until September 6, in order that inquiries could be made from the educational authorities regarding accused, who was believed to be an industrial school bov. ,
