A MINERS’ THREAT.

Monmouthshire miners threaten to Btriko unless a larger allowance of cheese, butter and jam is forthcoming. -Mr J. ‘Winstono, tho Welsh miners’ president, informed Mr J. R. dynes (hood Controller) that if any stoppage v occurs Mr dynes will be responsible.
