SHIPPING NOTES. , Tixo Calm is expected to leave Lyttelton ihia morning, about 10 a.m„ for Wellington aid Wanganui. _ The Poherua is bar-bound at Westport. The Invercargill is due here to-morrow from Wellington, and is expected to return to that T>ort the same evening. The Monowai has been delayed at Dunedin and will leavo that port on Saturday instead of Friday for Wellington direct. The barometer has been very low during the past few days and high seas have prevailed on the West Coast. The Kokiri, which should have left for Lyttelton with coal and timber on Monday has not yet been able to sail and several other vessels have been delayed. Latest advices show that the sea lin.* not abated. The Kini and Neatoro are loading coal at 0 royraouth for Lyttelton,
