Navy officials, commenting on the v/ 'hobbling up of Zeebrugge, express the 'belief that the Allies have begun an ■• ■offensive against submarines, which will include the blocking of German ■. bases and increasing mine fields, also new .detection devices and increased utilisation of aircraft.
