GERMAN CLAIMS.
RESULT OF OFFENSIVE. Largs Captures ot Prisoners an-:’ Materia!, Reuter's Telegrams. (Received April 25. 9.10 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, April 24. In the Reichstag the Mar Minister claimed that the Gorman break through on the west was sixty kilometres deep, that 100,000 British had been taken prisoners, and that loflO guns had been captured. Moreover, they had thrown the French across the Oise-Aisnc Canal, and defeated the' British at Arraenticres, taking 20,000 and capturing 2.50 guns. The Minister dwelt on the difficulties of bringing up German reinforcements. The enemy had again found vantage points, of which the best, use was being made, thereby necessi- • tating a continuation of the battle.
