PEREMPTORY DEMANDS.
Disarmament of Fleet,

PETROGRAI), April 9. Germany Ims telegraphed to the Commissary of Foreign Affairs demanding the immediate) disarmament ,of the Russian lleet and the conclusion of a Rnsso-Ukinnian peace. the Germans at Hango demanded the cessation of the distruction of Russian warships, harbour anti forts, and also stipulated that the holts and sights of guns on ships and land batteries must bo removed before April 11, and that the crows of the Russian ships must return to Russia, except for small nucleus crews.

Must Leave Finnish Waters,
" The Times ” Service. (Received April 10, 8.45 a.m.) PETROGRAI). April 9. In response to a. Russian protest against the German landing in Finland, Germany has demanded that the Russian Baltic fleet leave Finnish waters by April 12. The Council of Commissaries has ordered the fleet to comply.
