HEAVY ENEMY SHELLING,

Sir Douglas Haig reportsTho enemy’s artillery early this morning developed- great activity from La Bassee Canal to southwards of Armcntieres. There was heavy hostile shelling in the neighbourhood of Yillers, Bartonneux, Alericourt and TAbbe.
