Gonan Doyle, in a letter in “Freeman's Journal,” urges Ireland to rouse herself to her sense of duty, or Irishmen will be ashamed of their blood. Ireland is as fat as butter and wrangles over the parish pump. If peace came now, where would Ireland hud n friend?
