TRIANGLE DAY.
RESULT TO BE PUBLISHED NEXT WEEK. The Citizens’ Committee appointed to promote Triangle Day will meet early next week, and it has been definitelydecided to publish the result of tho city effort on Saturday, April 13. To-dav’s river report states that all the nvors are clear. To-morrow evening, in the Trades Hall, Dr Thacker will give a lecture on, “Massage,” under the auspices of the Workers' Educational Association. In tho Burwood Hall last night a social send-off was given in honour of Corporal Reaby and Private Lille. There was a large attendance. During the evening Miss Tobin and Messrs J. and 6. Tobin gave musical items, ami Miss Muschamp also snns. During an interval Mr Rouse presented Corporal Reabv with a razor set and auto strop and brush. Mr Rouse presented Miss Lilly, for Private Lilly, who could not attend, with a wristlet watch. Supper was served and dancing indulged in until a kte hour. Air J. Liggins was M.O. and Mr Jones m-ovidpej the music. 1
