CHRISTCHURCHMr T. A. B. Bailey, S.M-. presided at the Magistrate's Court this moruin*7. DRUNKENNESS. A first offender was fined 5s and costs. Joseph O'Connor, a second offender, was fined 10- and costs. MAINTENANCE.. Edith Smith applied for a maintenance order against her husband, Leonard Smith. The case was adjourned for a fortnight. Alexander Craik was charged with being £37 10,s in arrears on a maintenance order. The ease was adjourned.
