Radio-Operator .Robert Millington w.is born on the West Coast, and wa.s the son of Dr Millington, of Greymoulh, hut now of Auckland. On leaving .school he entered the. Civil Service, but sub'-iTiueu'ily joined llayward, Ltd. lie was biograph operator for the company at various places, and was also their kinenintogr: > phor. Before leaving Now Zealand a.s wireless operator of the A pari in a, he. was for three years biograph operator at The King's Theatre. Wellington. Wireless had always bocn a hobby with him, ,and hefore the embargo was placed on 'amateur stations ho had a well-equipped private installation. He was married. Cadet J. M. Proudfoot, who is supposed to have been lost on the Aparima, is the only son of Mrs M. Proudfoot, pianist at His Majesty's Theatre, Ashburton. At the annual meeting of the NewBrighton Gala Committee, hold on Saturday evening the chairman (Mr J. A. Flesher) moved a resolution expressing sympathy with Mr and Mrs Bargrove, whose son, Cadet Jeffrey Bargrove, is roported amongst those missing on the Aparima. The motion was carried in silence, members standing. ADDITIONAL MEMBERS OF CREW. DUNEDIN, November 26. The following are the.
