A motion for summons to strike out writ or to have place of trial changed, in Canterbury Farmers' Co-operativo Association (Mr Perry) v. Robertson Bros. (Mr Raymond) was ordered to stand over. A motion tor leave to exercise power of sale in Phillips (Mr Meares) v. Lance was adjourned to September 7. In the Government Advances Department. Mr Xeave) v.
