A motion for summons to strike out writ or to have place of trial changed, in Canterbury Farmers' Co-operativo Association (Mr Perry) v. Robertson Bros. (Mr Raymond) was ordered to stand over. A motion tor leave to exercise power of sale in Phillips (Mr Meares) v. Lance was adjourned to September 7. In the Government Advances Department. Mr Xeave) v. Coupland (Mr Twyneham), an order was made io exercise power of sale, but not to be exercised for oin monb. from date ot order. His Honor sado the following lixilires: — August 27—Jon?s v. Xorth Canterbury Hospifc.il and Charitable Aid Board, 11 a.m. August 30—Miller v. Union Steam Ship Company, 10.30 a.m.
