Before the general business was proceeded with, en appeal from the Sydenham club regarding a decision of the referee a-l the cub's Junior match was dealt, wi.-.h. Mr N. Ocldsbury occupied the chair in the meantime. After heaiiny the secretary cl tiie .Sydenham club and the referee, the chairman decided that, as it was a cueniou ol fact, the releree's decision must be. upheld. A letter was received from the Cranford club asking tor a. revision of the draw for lhe competition matches.
After discussion, the secretary was instructed io inform the Cranford dub that the draw could not be altered at thi= stage of the season. The sum of £l2 10s was voted to the secretary in appreciation of his services.
