A BROKEN. RAIL. JUST DOVERED IN TIME. Australian and X.Z. Cable Association. (Received October 13, 1 p.m.) NEW YORK, October 12. A report comes from Ixnnsville, Kentucky, that a broken rail, evidently designed to wreck Mr Hughes's special train in his presidential campaign, was discovered near Big .Sandy River a few moments before the train reached the spot. A plot against Mr Hughes's life is suspected, as the fracture was obviously not accidental.
