FREKCH MAKE PROGRESS. SERBS ROUT ENEMY. The High Commissioner reports:— LONDON, September 16. A French message from Salonika says that on tho Struma and Yardar there was a violent cannonade with appreciable progress in regions of aleternik and Kajraackalai). West of Ostruro Lake the Serbs routed the enemv and crossed the Broda River ten kilometres of Fiorina. They captured 32 guns.
