NAVAL RATINGS RETURNING TO DOMINION. [Per Pr.ros Association,] ' WELLINGTON, September 17. Following ia the official list of naval ratings returning to New Zealand, who are due to arrive at Wellington on September 28, in the Wimmera. With the exception of Able-Seamen Foreman and Stoker Burroughs, both of whom have been invalided from H.M.S. Philomel, ail the men mentioned are on leave from H.M.S.
