SIR G. F. GORRINGE.
General Sir G. F. Gorringe, who su» cceded General Aylmer in Mesopotamia. was recently recalled from the scene-of his labours'to give ovidence_ before t&« Mesopotamia Inquiry Commission. General Gorringe 'is one of " Kitchener's Men."' In his famous despatch from DoiKiola.
