Mr Balsillie, the Government wireless expert, stated that he has proved cou* clusively that rain can be stimulated by electrical means. His experiments proved that at least thirty per cent of stimulation can be maintained. He emphasised that he did not claim to produce rain, but only to stimulate light falls.
