THE HAGUE. There is an imprcisioa at The Hague thai Queen Wi'Lelminn. who received such a warm welcome at. the Brussels Town Hall from tho Burgomaster Adolph Mas during her visit- to Bel-o-ium in 1910,' is making representations, through the Dutch Embassy in Berlin, to obtain the release ol 11. Max. who has been a pn oner of war in Germany for over sixteen months. It is also known that the King of Spain is endeavouring to bring about his removal into Switzerland where, though still a prisoner on parole, he would enjoy a certain amount of freedom, and access to his friends.
