Postponement of Gas - Cookery Demonstration Owing to the industrial Exhibition being extended. As the authorities decided to extend the Industrial Exhibition for two days instead of closing on Saturday last, as originally proposed, we regret being unable to hold the Cookery Demonstration in our Rooms on Wednesday, 3rd May. We have one of the largest stalls at the Exhibition, and would not wish to withdraw prematurely and so militate against its success. Hence our demonstration of Invalid Cookery, originally proposed for May 3rd, will now be held on May 10th. CHRISTCHURCH GAS COMPANY, 77*79 WORCESTER ST. 'Phones 432 and 2:40.
