An official message says: All tho rebel commandoes at Dublin have surrendered. There were very few church services in Dublin yesterday. The Larae-Sttranraer mail route has reopened, and Dublin lias received the drst newspapers since Easter Monday. At tie correspondents' request General Maxwell opened the Press Bureau. Jacobs's factory was completely gutted and Ihe occupants surrendered. On Sunday night the provisional rcoublican government issued a proclaina- , tion, signed u Pearse, Commandant- ■ General of the Forces," stating, "in i order to prevent the further slaughter of unarmed people and to save the lives of our followers, who are now surrounded and hopelessly outnumbered, members of the provisional government at headquarters have agreed to an uncon- " ditional surrender. Commanders of all republican units will order their followers to lay down their arms."
