"Journal''" states that Germany is equipping wireless stations on the coast, adjacent to Barcelona. There are daily proofs tliat submarines have revictnallcd and refuelled in the vicinity. One instance is that a commander landed and dined with the Con-sul-General, and twenty-four hours later two British vessels were sunk in the vicinity. The captain refused to tow the crews shoreward, explaining that ho was waiting to sink two other British ships. .
