Albert, Bright was oharged with attempting to secure information from, Vickers of recent ingredients in armour plate, shells and guns. It 'sras alleged that Bright offered Brooks, a workman, £IOO for information. Brooks pretended to accept .and disclosed the otter to Vickers, who arranged a trap. Detectives arrested Bright with written information in his possession. The case was. heard in- camera, after the opening statement.
