Kaiapoi is to hold a French Red Cross day on Thursday next, and the Christclmrch Savage Club has accepted r;n invitation to go out and assist by giving an entertainment in the Oddfellows Hall in the evening. The Savage C!uu will perform its mystic rites on tho stage, dance, sing, talk and play. It> is expected' that an exceptionally strong party will go out- to Kaiapoi for tho purpose.
