—♦ :_. (Continued from Pago u.) FORGERY'CHARGES. John Fitzpatriek was charged on three counts with forging three cheques for £2 each, and causing James Savage, Mary Crow and Mary Ellen Allen respectively, to act upon them as if they were genuine. Accused pleaded " Guilty,'' and was committed to- tho Supreme Court for sentence. BREAKING AND ENTERING. Thomas James and John Sheenan, two youths, were charged with breaking into and entering the dwelling of George Whitelaw, at Greenpark. on September 12, and stealing therefrom a lady's gold watch, valued at £B, and 3s 6d in money. The Magistrate said that Sheenan would be discharged. He was inclined to order the return of dames to Burnham Industrial School, of which he was formerly an inmate, to come up for sentence when caMed upon, but he would adjourn his decision till Friday.
