It is reported that Dede Agatch is full of Bulgarian (soldiers, who are fraternising with the Turks. M. Radoslavoff, Prims Minister of Bulgaria, authorised the despatch of Bulgarian ■ cereals to Constantinople, which now is completely restocked with flour, rice and bread, which bad been greatly reduced. It is reported that the dissensions among the Young Turks are increasing. Enver Pasha does not possess his termer authority. The dtparture of a number of German officers has impairJ ed his prestige.
