SHIPMENT OF WHEAT CONTRACT

Hughes states that tho agreement with the Gibbs, Bright Company and Elder, Smith Company with regard to wheat shipment included chartering, and a remuneration of 4d per ton instead of a commission of f> per cent. The fee paid to the firms ia subject to revision after half a io illiort tons have been chartered.
