JUDGMENT SIMONS CASES. Mr H. \V. Bishop, S.M., presided at the Magistrate's Court to-day, to hear judgment summons cases. Andrew Forsyth was ordered to pay £3 5s to F. G. M. Brittan, in default three days' imprisonment. lit the Christchurch (fas Company v. A. Elhvood. tho debtor was ordered to pay £2 0? 3d, iu default forty-eight hours' imprisonment. Charles Graham wan ordered to p:iv F. W. Thompson _£s 7 s 6d. in default five days' imprisonment, and Thorn a*. Guy wa« ordered' to pay £3l 4s, at tho rate of 2s 0d per week, to the trustees of the estate of D. Kruse, deceased, in default one month's imprisonment
