Tho Wanganui episode makes ouo think that the Crovernmenr, ought immediately to call for tenders lor an immense lunatic asylum to be erected in Wanganui. lam sure that nil right-thinking readers agree in hoping that there will, he no more senseless displays of this sort in New Zealand. Strike hard, but let the guilty suffer ; let there be no hitting below tho belt.
