At tlio Magistrate's Court this morning, before Mr T. A, B. Bailey, S.M.. Moore and Son were fined 10s and costs for committing a breach of ihe Builders, Contractors and General Labourers' award by employing a nonunionist when there were members cf the Union readv and willing to accept employment.
