The sale opened rather weakly but after the first few pons were quitted prices hardened up again, and, considering the quality, values were quite as high as last week, the over-all price being about Old to 6id per lb. Tbe ynrdiug of store sheep was a small one ; and consisted principally of .■lambs, the bulk being made up of a few pens of ewes and wethers. At the .opening there was a small attendance, 'shut improved later. At the beginning «ihe sale for lambs was slow, prices being below those ruling at earlier sales, the fcale being a little dragging, luis, howerer, was only momentary, an improvement being soon noticeable, and at the close the prices were quite equal to those ruling a week earlier.
