Two first offenders I'or drunkenness appeared before Mr H. W. Bishop, S M to-day. Michael" Moran, a statutory second offender, was lined 10s, in default fortyeight' hours' imprisonment. Martin Kirk had gone into a hotel while a prohibition order was restricting his movements, and ho appeared before the Court for a breach of the order. , SuWnspector M'Knmon stated that the defendant was an out-patient at the Hospital as a result of. injuries sustained In an accident.
