Byns rau four furlongs on the sand track in 51 3-ssec. ~ Grinlax, with ,tho assistance of Selt Ittu seven furlongs on the sand m Imm 33 l-ssec, which Was a good performhurdle horse Kaweeji did a mile on the sand in lmin 51sec. • Spalfish: covered four furlongs along ''Hie inside grass track in do 2-osec. «id; Idealism (together 'flushed two lengths from Royal Anns ,ia. one round on the middle, of the <t&ass'. Time—lmin 51 l-ssec. 'Bercola and Sandy Paul did some atrong- Work over a couple of circuits on: the sand, though neither finished Jaoo/Well. 'Fleet Arrow and Cnirarua jumped a jouple" of hurdles in good style.
