Italy and Austria havo warned Servia to restrict her operations to defending tho frontier. NEGOTIATIONS OVER PEACE TREATY READY. (Received September 29, 9.30 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, September 28. The Turko-Bulgarian peace negotiations have been concluded, and the treaty will be signed on Monday. Three secret protocols are supposed to concern Western Thrace. ALBANIANS UNCHECKED. MANY FLY BEFORE THEM. (Received September 29, 9.15 a.m.) BELGRADE, September 28. It is reported that 50,000 Albanians aro marching on Prilep, Prisrend, Tetora, and Kritohevo. Fugitives aro crowding into Monastir. It is reported, that the Albanians are committing terrible atrocities. Servia is hurrying reinforcements to the frontier. A company mobilised in Servia has also been despatched to support the Montenegrins at Djakova owing to repeated Albanian attacks. TURKEY AND GREECE. DEADLOCK CONTINUES. (Received September 29, 9.15 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, September 28. Tho Porte has iuformed Greece that peaoe negotiations will be renewed as soon as tho Bulgarian treaty is signed. The deadlock includes the question of the restitution of Chios and Mytelene. THE DEATH ROLL. MONTENEGRO'S PENALTY. (Received September 29, 9.15 a.m.) CETTINJE, September 28. The Montenegrin losses in the two wars are gazetted at 10,381 killed and wounded. THE DIVISION OF EPIRUS. (Received September 29, 9.15 a.m.) ATHENS, September 28. A deputation from Epirus memorialised the Albanian International Delimitation Commission, protesting against the territorial division of Epirus.
