BROOK.—September 9, at his klo residence, 81, Lower High Street. William Brook, dearly beloved husband of Mary Ann Brook, aged soventy-six, after a long and painful illness. Private' interment. KlNGSTON.—Septomber 9, at Robinson's Bay, Hester, beloved widow of tho Slate Henry Kingston, in her eightieth vear. LYES.—September 9, 1913, at Christchurch, Mary, dearly beloved wife of Amos Lyes and youngest daughter of the late Richard James and Catherine Pearce, of Christchurch; aged twenty-seven years. Deeply mourned. PDRVES.—At 84, Durham Street, Christchurch, Raymund George Alexander, dearly beloved infant son of Mr and Mrs H. A. Purves, aged ten months and two weeks.
So loved, bo mourned. LARAMAN.—September 9, at 20, Leeds Stroot, Lin wood, Mary Laraman, aged SJxty-nine years. Her end was peace.
